the venue is well priced and exceptionally comfortable, its location is stunning, close enough to a beach, a bus station where there is a direct bus from one end of the dubrovnik all the way to lapad, the other end of the city and croatia & the balkan states. thank you for a relaxing stay.

Outside, but easily accessible to Dubrovnik walled city (bus or 20 minute walk, with good views). Modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Buffet breakfast with offer of cooked options. Excellent 24 hour reception staff, who all spoke perfect English and were extremely helpful in providing and finding out any information required, as well as checking flight details.

The Art Collection: The hotel boasts an impressive collection of art, including 15th-century icons, alabaster relief, and works by renowned painters such as Vlaho Bukovac. It felt like staying in a museum!
Towel Replacement: The towels were not exchanged during our four-night stay.

This small family run hotel provided outstanding personal service in very clean and comfortable accomodations. A beautiful 15 minute walk to the Old City. I have recommended this facility to my Embassy in Zagreb for future international travelers.

The people at the front desk were very nice.
When I was checking out of the hotel I tried to pay with a combination of cash and credit card. I usually like to get rid of my local currancy by using it to pay for hotel. However, they wouldn't allow me to do that at this hotel. They said you have to pay with one or the other.

the room was well equipped and spacious, with a mini-refrigerator that came in handy. the staff were extremely friendly and the location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the Old Town. the view from the balcony was stunning, and despite being located near a road, the windows were soundproof and we heard no noise. the AC was a lifesaver during the hot weather. everything was perfect for a couple's getaway. Cons: Don't have any issues at all 😊.

Service was excellent, friendly and extremely helpful - nothing seemed too much on any type of question or topic. Different languages was not a problem. Airport transfers were arranged with efficiency and reliability. The rooms were big, beds and other facilities were comfortable and very clean. Air conditioning was a plus. The balcony had a lovely view. Breakfast was very good, more than enough varied choice with egg dishes freshly made. Hotel is situated between the Old City and Lapad/Babin Kuk - walk was easy but some uphill. Bus service almost to door, tours arranged from door. We can only highly recommend this family-run hotel where your needs are met with enthusiasm and good service.

Hotel staff is very friendly, speak excellent English, and are very helpful. Hotel r is a short 10 minute bus ride from the old town, with the bus stop in front of the hotel. Breakfast is very good with good selection and the option to order. Rooms are good size, clean, with shower. Recommend paying the little extra for a balcony room. Be sure to discuss music with Micko who provides some great variety in his selections of music. Would stay here again, highly recommend.
Hotel r is on a busy street, but with the window closed, and airconditioning is very quiet.

Excellent value for money with well appointed rooms and really helpful staff.
The bed linen was rather small and tended to cover either your shoulder or your feet when you rolled over
